A Little About Me
After graduating from NYU in 2013 with a B.A. in Media, Culture & Identity, I became Creative Director at Pipabella.com, shaping the brand until its acquisition by Nykaa.com in 2021. Soon after I became my mother’s primary caregiver- the experience inspired me to pause, reflect, and immerse myself in community social work-deepening my passion for holistic healing and connection. Losing my mother further opened me to the healing power of mindfulness, yoga, and community support, fueling my mission to inspire hope, ignite joy, and empower others through a holistic mind-body-spirit approach.
Today, I draw on my experiences as a certified professional coach, yoga and pranayama teacher, and postgraduate student in Psychological Counselling. To stay at the forefront of wellness, I’m pursuing a specialist certification in Mindfulness & AI, helping clients embrace technology with intention.
I’m currently enrolled at Brown University, on track to be a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Facilitator by September 2025. By year’s end, I’ll also be a certified Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher. I’m also working on my first book-a beginner’s guide to mindfulness-coming in 2025.
With over a decade of dedicated mindfulness practice, including transformative retreats at the renowned Zen Monastery Plum Village and intensive 10-day silent Vipassana, I bring profound experience and heartfelt wisdom to my work. As the fourth generation in my family to be disciplined in a devoted Yoga and Ayurveda practice, my approach is deeply rooted in both ancestral knowledge and contemporary mindfulness teachings, enabling me to guide others with authenticity and insight.
When I’m not coaching or learning, you’ll find me singing, exploring nature, or cherishing family moments. I strive every day to embody joy (mudita), compassion (karuna), and equanimity (upeksha) - and to share that spirit with everyone I meet!
